Action Research

The GDP’s action research programme works with partner organizations to develop and implement multi-stakeholder change strategies to address complex global challenges. Rather than just traditional research or consulting, through its action research activities GDP offers partners the capacity to access the best of both traditions. Specifically, the GDP offers: 

• A global team that comes with experience in a broad range of change issues and from diverse cultural and disciplinary perspectives
• Ability to create models and advance the field
• A world class network of experts in generative dialogic change processes
• A commitment to building partners’ and the world’s capacity with respect to change processes
• An integration of diverse approaches and methods adjusted to the project
